Cabo San Lucas is a resort city on the southern tip of Mexico Baja California Peninsula. The place is known for its beaches, water-based activities, and nightlife. The main beach in this place is the Playa, El Medano. Cabo San Lucas has so many things to enjoy. Let’s see what makes this place so interesting.
The beaches in this place have a range of temperatures. This temperature is from the serene waters of the sea Cortez and Playa del Amor to the kicking waves of Zippers, a surfing paradise. Kids can also enjoy in this place by doing various things like blast communicating with the local animals by swimming with dolphins or taking a camel ride through the Desert park national reserve.
Let’s talk about the white beaches in this place. The fecund waters and spectacular arching stone cliffs at lands end have become the backdrop for Baja’s most raucous tourism. When you are in the white beaches you can do boating next to dolphins, and spouting whales for a hangover cure. The activities you can do in this place are limitless. Those activities include; jet-skiing, banana boating, parasailing, snorkeling, kite surfing, diving, and horseback riding. All these activities are available when you walk down the beach.
Playa Del Amor beach is one of the favorite beaches to visit in Cabo San Lucas. The beach is set on the sea of Cortez. Most people enjoy walking from the sea to the pacific. This beach is marvelous and one of a kind in the famous arch. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunning, and snorkeling.
Chileno beach is another fantastic beach to visit in Cabo. It is the cleanest beach in Cabo. The beach is safe to be visited by people of all ages including kids. The clear turquoise waters make this beach great snorkeling and swimming area. There is a large area for parking on this beach. There is also a lot of fish and octopus in the waters. The tides and the great reef makes the place awesome for snorkeling, the water is also cloudy. The place also has well-maintained washrooms.
Medano beach is the longest swimmable beach in Cabo. The beach is surrounded by resorts bars and restaurants. The place is always crowded by many visitors, especially during the summer season. The beach looks like a traditional resort area featuring boats on the bay, swimmers in the ocean, lifeguards on duty, and people playing and laying in the sand. Medano beach is the best place to find water-based activities rentals, ranging from Kayaks and wave runner to stand up paddle surfboards. JT water sport is the most established outfit on this beach. The beach also has public access it has several ways. Medano beach club Cabo is the most popular ding spot on the beach. Some of the resorts on this beach include; Villa del Arch Los Cabo beach resort and Spa, Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa, and many others.
Apart from the beaches, there are also other things to turn to have fun. The Arch of Cabo San Lucas is one of them. It is a distinctive rock formation at the southern tip of Cabo San Lucas. The arch is called ‘El Arco’ by the local which means the arch in Spanish. The Arch is only visible by a boat. In this place, the Pacific Ocean becomes the Gulf of California. The area is mostly used in hotel adverts in the Los Cabos corridor. The spot is a popular gathering for sea lions. The arch is adjacent to lovers’ beach on the Cortez side and divorce beach on the rougher Pacific Oceanside.
Let’s now talk about the lover and divorce beach. You may feel that the beaches have weird names. I also feel the same. We shall start with Divorce beach. The beach is famous for sunbathing and relaxing. The beach is not suitable for swimmers. The lovers’ beach is a small beach on the bayside of lands end. It is only accessible by boat. The beach is sand-strewn idyll bounded by towering rocks. The beach is different from the divorce beach since it is suitable for swimming. You can also snorkel in the bay and have a view of the crashing waves of the pacific.
Marina Cabo San Lucas is another place to go and see. It is a bustling hub for vacationers seeking whale watching tours, animal encounters at the Cabo dolphins’ center, kayaking excursions, and luxury boat trips. The place is cool to walk around and relax. There are plenty of boats and ships in this place and stores to visit. It is also cool to fish in this place or watch as fishing takes place. There are also great bars and restaurants where you can still have a great view of the marina activities. The restaurants in this place offer great meals.
If you want to keep yourself busy during your vacation in Caba San Lucas there are various activities to try or participate in. Adventure tours are one of the activities. Journey off to the beaten path. Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos offer a wide variety of off-road excursions and adventure tours for your enjoyment. The aerial tours also are another thing to do for fun in Cabo. There are options for a powered ultralight glider, helicopter rides, and parasailing rises over the sea, marina, and local area.

For those who love mountain bikes and cycling the desert area around Los Cabos and the old lighthouse are the favorite areas for riding.
